Authentication process

All our watches goes through our meticulous authentication process and we guarantee each watch’s authenticity. From checking if the watch, movement & all the accessories are authentic, to whether if the watch is fully linked and to evaluating the condition of the watch

01 Check If the aesthethic of the watch is genuine

We inspect the exterior of the watch; Bezel , Case , Crystal, Bracelet, Clasp, Dial, Hands.

02 Assess the watch movement

We will check whether the movement is authentic & if it is accurate to the model of the watch.

03 Examine the warranty card

We will inspect the warranty card, checking whether the watch’s UV patterns and font print are correct. We will also verify that the date on the card has not been altered before.

04 Ensure the links and accessories are correct

We count the number of links and inspect whether the manuals, green tag, and white tag are authentic and present, ensuring that you receive everything you paid for.

05 Evaluate the condition of the watch

I just happened to browse through online regarding “ Sale of NEW/Pre-owned Rolex “ .. As usual, House of Watches & Watch Exchange appeared. Then I saw Times Avenue, went into the webpage & found something interesting & that’s when I had my 1st conversation through phone with Guo Liang. He is friendly, knowledgeable and patience towards all my enquires & showed NO signs of impatience and agitation. I subsequently went down to the physical shop on the same day at City Gate & he happily welcomed me. He took the time and effort in explaining everything I need to know and showed me the sophisticated equipments on how to check for flaws & scratches on watches.
