This is my 1st time patronizing this watch shop and I’m sure it won’t be the last.
I just happened to browse through online regarding “ Sale of NEW/Pre-owned Rolex “ .. As usual, House of Watches & Watch Exchange appeared. Then I saw Times Avenue, went into the webpage & found something interesting & that’s when I had my 1st conversation through phone with Guo Liang. He is friendly, knowledgeable and patience towards all my enquires & showed NO signs of impatience and agitation. I subsequently went down to the physical shop on the same day at City Gate & he happily welcomed me. He took the time and effort in explaining everything I need to know and showed me the sophisticated equipments on how to check for flaws & scratches on watches. In the end, I’m so happy with him & his team professionalism which lead me purchased 2 pieces of his time piece collection.
